5 Easy Ways to Involve Children in Community Activities (Bahai Blog)

In the 2000 Ridvan Message, the House of Justice said the following of children:

Children are the most precious treasure a community can possess, for in them are the promise and the guarantee of the future. Message from the Universal House of Justice (2000)

While reflecting on this quote recently, I was inspired to think of ways we could engage the children of our community more in our activities. These are some of the thoughts that came to mind. Some are from past experiences; others are from stories I’ve heard.

Introducing Baha’i Blog’s New Podcast

The Baha’i Blogcast with Rainn Wilson

Baha’i Blog is soooo excited to launch our very first series of podcasts which we’ve aptly named “The Baha’i Blogcast” hosted by the very funny and wonderful Baha’i actor Rainn Wilson.

In this series of weekly podcasts, Rainn interviews members of the Baha’i Faith and other friends from all over the world about their hearts, and minds, and souls, their spiritual journeys, what they’re interested in, and what makes them tick.

For some, other people — including other Baha’is — are a test of faith. Who hasn’t experienced difficulties with someone who just “rubs you the wrong way” or whose understanding of a teaching stands in sharp contrast to your own?

Why Cluster Reflection Meetings Are So Important

Cluster Reflection meetings are an important part of Baha’i community life now, but depending on the community you live in, attendance can sometimes be low and it’s still something many communities are learning about, so I thought it would be interesting to look at the importance of these meetings and why we should make an effort to attend.

Plan. Act. Reflect. Repeat.
